Registration DetailsOn-line RegistrationOn-line registration closes on March 12, 2009. Mailing address for mail-in registration Arizona State H.O.G. Rally, Inc. P.O. Box 30788 Mesa, AZ 85275 Registration must be postmarked by March 12, 2009. Registration fee is $37.00 for H.O.G. members plus any additional items purchased. A complete registration price listing can be found in the FAQ section. Rally Packet Distribution NO packets will be mailed. Rally packets will be distributed at the Registration Center during check-in. Unclaimed packets will be sold at the close of registration on Saturday. Registration Confirmation A registration confirmation card will be mailed to you. An active National H.O.G. membership card and your pre-registration confirmation card must be presented at check-in. Registration Check-in times Thursday, April 30 10:00am - 6:00pm Host Hotel Friday, May 1 8:00am - 6:00pm Host Hotel Saturday, May 2 8:ooam - 12:00noon TCC* *Tucson Convention Center NOTE: Pre-registration fee is non-refundable. If after registering you are unable to attend the rally, send your confirmation card with someone else to pick-up your packet. All unclaimed packets will be sold at the close of registration on Saturday. |
