| Q. | Does my H.O.G. membership need to be active? |
| A. | Yes, your H.O.G. membership must be active. Expiration dates are verified upon receipt of registration and must be active during the rally dates. H.O.G. membership may be renewed at the rally. |
| Q. | What do I receive with my pre-registration? |
| A. | Pre-registered H.O.G. members will receive the following: Rally shirt, pin, patch, wristband, food coupon and will be included for the National knife drawing. Pre-registered guests will receive the following: pin, patch, wristband, food coupon. Guests DO NOT receive rally shirts but may purchase them while supplies last. Also, guests are not eligible for the National knife drawing. |
| Q. | What if I do not pre-register, will I still be able to attend? |
| A. | Yes, On-site registration will be available June 9 - 11, 2012. |
| Q. | What is the fee to register on-site and what do I receive? |
| A. | The fee for members that register on-site will be $45.00 and you will receive the following: Rally pin, patch and wristband. Rally shirts will be available for purchase at an additional fee, while supplies last. Also, you will be eligible for the National knife drawing. The fee for on-site guests will be $45.00 and recieve a Rally pin, patch, wristband only. |
| Q. | Why should I pre-register? |
| A. | By pre-registering online it allows you to order any items offered and insures that your items will be available at registration site. |
| Q. | Once I register, can I cancel and receive a refund? |
| A. | No. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable. Unclaimed Rally packets will not be mailed. If you are unable to attend, send your confirmation card with someone to pick-up your packet for you. Unclaimed packets will be sold after the close of registration on Saturday. |
| Q. | Do I need to sign a release form? |
| A. | Yes, all attendees must sign a release form at the registration table. |
| Q. | Is the Rally open to the public? |
| A. | The Rally is a private event held for currently registered H.O.G. members and Associate H.O.G. members or Guests of a registered H.O.G. member. A wristband is required to attend all Rally events. Note: The wristband will only be given to an individual physically present at the registration table. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for another person. |
| Q. | Will there be vendors? |
| A. | Yes, the vendors will be located in one central location for your convenience. |
| Q. | Will there be a bike show? |
| A. | Yes, the bike show will be held in downtown Williams with several catagories. |
| Q. | Will there be bike games? |
| A. | Yes, the bike games will be held on Saturday beginning at 10:00am and concluding at 2:00pm with plaques for 1st place winner. This is a very popular event so be sure to sign up early at the registration site. |
| Q. | Will there be a bike parade? |
| A. | Yes, the bike parade is immediately following the conclusion of the bike games. Be sure to bring your Chapter flag. |
| Q. | Do I have to be registered to volunteer to work at the Rally? |
| A. | Yes, we recommend H.O.G. members and guests pre-register as a volunteer. This allows us to schedule all volunteers in advance to help maintain a smooth running Rally. Please contact our Rally Coordinator for details. |
